Guaranteed Quality in Our Products
Since 1975 — and with family roots dating back to 1939 — we produce table olives with the same flavor as always and current controls. We select Manzanilla, Gordal, Verdial, and Hojiblanca from our farms to offer firm, aromatic pieces full of character. Available with pit, pitted, and with classic or innovative fillings (pepper, cheese, lemon, spicy, jalapeño). In our oil mill, we also obtain virgin oils. Certified quality and family tradition in every jar.
Olive Oil
Sustainable Form of Olive Cultivation, Which Has Positive Environmental Impacts
In our oil mill (2008), we exclusively produce virgin oils from selected Manzanilla, Gordal, Verdial, and Hojiblanca olives. We mill a few hours after harvesting to preserve aromas, fruitiness, and freshness, with controls that guarantee traceability and purity. We combine family tradition and technology to obtain a balanced oil, ideal for raw use and daily cooking. Consistent quality, responsible processes, and the authentic taste of origin that distinguishes Rumarín in every harvest.
